Nursing Unit Secretary jobs in Twin Falls, ID

Job Summary:
Idaho Legal Aid Services, Inc. (ILAS) is a nonprofit law firm seeking a full-time legal secretary to work at its Twin Falls Office. Legal secretarial skills or legal secretarial training and Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. The ideal applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel), Adobe Pro, and Google applications; have experience drafting and filing pleadings; have a high attention to detail; and exhibit strong interpersonal skills. ILAS provides free legal services to low income persons in civil matters and successful applicants must have a passion for our mission and for helping people

Responsibilities:
- Manage legal case files, including organizing and maintaining documents
- Prepare and draft legal documents.
- Assist with document management systems, ensuring accurate filing and retrieval of information
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
