You will oversee the ERP & Analytics, Data Integration, Cybersecurity, and Information Technology services.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, computer engineering or related field
• 10 years of experience in information technology management or consulting
• 5 years of work experience as director or similar position
• Strong working knowledge of performance and operations management
• Familiarity with industry regulations, exponential technologies and cybersecurity frameworks

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

WORKING CONDITIONS: ADA-friendly office environment with opportunity for remote work (20%).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Standing, sitting, travel and light work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain information system strategy to support business and operations
• Oversee the planning, design and implementation of systems
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the use of the system
• Oversee all aspects of the organization’s information systems, including hardware, software, data storage, and security
• Organizational development and change management
• Manage performance of team leaders
• Assess, manage, and resolve problematic development and situations
• Respond to incidents and problems in a timely manner to minimize the impact on the organization
• Develop and implement business plans and objectives
• Develop budget and monitor expenses
• Develop policies and documentation
• Maintain compliance with external and internal regulations and policies
• Other duties as assigned
