Nutrition Director directs and oversees all aspects of an organization's or institution's nutrition guidelines and initiatives. Oversees institution of basic nutrition plans including individualized menu plans and monitors intake and acceptance of meals, snacks, and supplements. Being a Nutrition Director monitors and ensures proper nutrition education is provided. May oversee menu planning or food service operations. Additionally, Nutrition Director requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Typically reports to top management. The Nutrition Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Nutrition Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. What you'll do:- Consult with clients to understand their individual needs and recommend personalized IV therapy plans.
- Prepare and administer a variety of IV infusions safely and efficiently, following strict protocols.
- Monitor patients during IV infusion and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to strict safety standards.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in IV therapy and participate in ongoing training.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Paramedic (NRP) with a valid Arizona license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with IV therapy administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a commitment to accuracy and safety.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
