OTC Clerk jobs in Evansville, IN

Job Responsibilities:

• Assign stock number, create shuck, laser tags for incoming vehicles.
• Print delivery receipts and file invoices.
• Process payoff documents for vehicles including calling financial institutions for payoff amounts.
• Clear out key fobs from old vehicles and assign to new vehicles.
• Order and stock office supplies.
• Process invoice when vehicles are purchased and verify recalls.
• Assist with other accounting areas where necessary.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma.
• Experience in accounting or related field is a plus, but not required.
