Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Title Clerk. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with the processing and documentation of automobiles and street legal golf cart titles. This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and legality of property transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and gather information related to titles

- Assist with the preparation and review of title documents

- Collaborate with lenders, and other parties involved in transactions

- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

- Maintain accurate records of title transactions and related documents

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of real DMV law and regulations

- Experience with title processing procedures and documentation

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong research and analytical abilities

- Exceptional customer service skills

As a Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth transactions. Your attention to detail, knowledge of DMV law, and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to the success of our team.
