Additionally, Obstetrics/Gynecology Director typically reports to top management. Requires license to practice medicine. The Obstetrics/Gynecology Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. About the role
The Project Director (PD) oversees their Project (s) as the Owner's Representative for Army military family housing projects. The PD develops and provides the Project and Base level strategic Outyear Development Plans (ODP) for reinvestment account use (development, construction, architectural and engineering services), gains necessary approvals, and provides financial forecasting and development budgeting. Required to review and prepare major reporting requirements per Army request. Furthermore, the PD serves as a senior leader in communicating/coordinating actions with local Army Leadership (AHO/Garrison) that can be operational in nature including developing/leading regular project briefings to Stakeholders
