Under the general direction and supervision of the Vice President of Sales, a Managing Director is responsible for office profitability and operations. This position must consistently recruit and retain productive independent sales associates. Responsible for developing and implementing systems to provide training, coaching, support and guidance to assist sales associates in the growth of their businesses. Must lead by demonstrating our company’s values with an emphasis on creating a culture that supports a high-level of customer service, collaboration and transparency through proactive communication. This position is exempt and non-selling.
