Booking , selling and detailing ; meetings, weddings, conferences and all other food and beverage functions.
Functions of this role include:
- Selling Event spaces For Food and Beverage Department
- Working with clients start to finish to detail their event (menu selection, space needs and functionality, setting timelines, etc.)
- Managing and supporting the banquet staff
- Supporting the day-to-day funtion of the event spaces (moving chairs, setting up rooms)
- Working hours at a time on your feet including early mornings and late evening/weekend events
