**Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and education, with expertise in behavior management and a variety of physical activities such as Karate, Judo, Martial Arts, Climbing, Cheerleading, and Physical Education. **Duties:** - Develop and implement educational programs that promote physical activity and skill development - Oversee staff training and development to ensure high-quality care for children - Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including scheduling and budgeting - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Collaborate with parents and community members to enhance the overall program **Skills:** - Strong background in childcare and behavior management - Knowledge of various physical activities such as Karate, Judo, Martial Arts, Climbing, Cheerleading, and Physical Education - Ability to educate and inspire both children and staff - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Lifeguard certification is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of children while leading a team of passionate educators.
