Obstetrics/Gynecology Director directs the staff and programs of the obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) department. Develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for OB/GYN services and programs. Being an Obstetrics/Gynecology Director ensures quality care for patients. Requires a MD degree. Additionally, Obstetrics/Gynecology Director typically reports to top management. Requires license to practice medicine. The Obstetrics/Gynecology Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Experience:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in education administration
