Additionally, Obstetrics/Gynecology Director typically reports to top management. Requires license to practice medicine. The Obstetrics/Gynecology Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. As a champion of the Upstream Rehabilitation mission, vision and values, you would be responsible for ensuring quality clinical care, identifying and overseeing new Denovo clinics, and accountable for clinical operational and financial performance. This role works hand-in-hand with Senior Office Coordinators, Regional Assistants, and Sales Account Managers to ensure operational congruency. Use your attention to detail and effective communication to influence others within the business, at the clinics, and outside contacts (patients, vendors, physicians).
