Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing applications and other paperwork provided by a client
• Preparing documents such as credit applications
• Coordinating submission of necessary paperwork
• Accepting or rejecting the application
• Ensure they have all documents are filled out correctly
• Entering data from the documents into computer software programs
• Follow up with clients to ensure you collect all necessary information
• 3rd Party Verification's

​Qualifications:

• 2 years of Processor experience
• LIHTC Experience a plus
• Must have an up to date Valid Drivers License

• Experience with application screenings, audits, and processing 3rd party verification's
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
• Ability to effectively listen and elicit information
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents/reports
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
