Being an Occupancy Specialist provides information/customer service and maintains records. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Occupancy Specialist typically reports to a manager. Typically requires certification as an Occupancy Specialist (COS). The Occupancy Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Our Client Management department is seeking a qualified candidate to fill our Property Preservation Specialist role. The Property Preservation Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for our client(s) for all servicing functions related to preservation and protection of our Client(s) mortgage assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, task oriented and understand various investor and state regulations; ability to research issues; analysis capability on critical issues.
