Universal Medicine is a well-established medical practice with an extremely strong support staff seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and crisis management to individuals with various mental health concerns. As a member of our team, you would be responsible for the following:

• Performing intake assessments, evaluations, and psychotherapy
• Diagnosing and treating behavioral, emotional, and mental disorders
• Writing clinical reports, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours of the session
• Monitoring patient progress through regular appointments
• Developing and carrying out treatment plans
• Collaborating on treatment plans with fellow clinicians
• Contributing to our mission of building a meaningful in-person rapport with patients
• Operating within ethical and professional standards of care
• Utilizing crisis management techniques when necessary
• Staying informed about current research and best practices in the field of clinical psychology

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
• Completion of post-residency training and NJ licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques and psychotherapy modalities
• Proficiency in medical documentation and data collection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
