    The Center for Sleep Medicine is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Director of Operations to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing the organizational elements of our company. The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the President/CEO. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and efficient collaboration between departments to ensure the success of our business. You will be expected to undertake regular travel to all five office locations.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Work closely with the President/CEO to contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategic plans.
    • Provide insights, recommendations, and solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Delegation and Task Management:

    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate staff members, ensuring the efficient distribution of workloads and alignment with company goals.
    • Monitor task progress, offer support, and facilitate effective communication among team members.

    Daily Operations Oversight:

    • Supervise and manage the daily operations of various departments to ensure smooth and coordinated administrative functions.
    • Address operational challenges promptly and make informed decisions to maintain a productive work environment.

    Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of administrative professionals, including Administrative Managers and other staff members in lower-ranking positions.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement within the administrative team.

    Interdepartmental Collaboration:

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of administrative functions.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cross-functional efficiency.

    Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

    • Monitor the performance of administrative teams and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and overall effectiveness.
    • Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to team members.

    Resource Allocation:

    • Collaborate with the President/CEO to allocate resources effectively, including budget allocation and workforce planning, to support company objectives.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Provide regular reports to the President/CEO on key administrative metrics, progress, and challenges.
    • Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive improvements in administrative processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in administrative leadership roles.
    • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management abilities.
    • Proficiency in utilizing technology and software tools for administrative purposes.
    • Ability to analyze data, draw meaningful insights, and make informed decisions.
    • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing business environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
    • Strong knowledge of Human Resources and implementing policies.

    Candidates with a strong background in HR (certified), finance, and policy implementation are strongly preferred for this role.
