Position Summary:
This role is for the Marketing Director for OrthoAlliance, and will encompass Beacon-specific marketing efforts, and practice-wide support on projects where needed.

Position Responsibilities/Standards:
- Supervise Digital Marketing Coordinator
- Direct onboarding process from a marketing perspective for physicians, locations, and new entities
- Manage physician marketing projects to create updated marketing materials to be best-in-class patient experience
- Analyze data dashboards to support leadership in making more informed decisions
- Communicate with physician leaders and administration to establish consistent marketing across OA partner practices
- Meet with physician leaders and administration to share marketing results and present marketing proposals
- Assist physician initiatives approved by leadership to completion to give personal physician attention
- Support communications efforts across marketing team and oversee marketing vendor relationships
- Coordinate with integrations and operations to streamline key company initiatives and identify areas of conflict
- Help drive the vision and direction of OrthoAlliance co-branded marketing across growing network of partner practices
- Assist in planning of yearly communications calendar to be distributed across partner practices, physician leaders, and administration
- Ensure the successful launch of new initiatives and marketing campaigns into each partner practice market
- Assist with marketing budget across OA partner practices
- Assist with planning, developing, and implementing public relations services
- Perform competitive analysis to better understand healthcare field and gain a competitive advantage in each of OrthoAlliance’s markets
General
- Attend department, clinic or company meetings as required.

Education/Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of marketing experience and have some healthcare experience as well. This position will require coordination of individual marketing plans for physicians, ancillary services and corporate initiatives.
Extensive experience in social media campaigns, print campaigns, website management, brand analysis and changing consumer habits is required.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field OR must have equivalent work experience.
- Must be highly developed organization, planning and management writing skills and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Must be able to use independent judgment to determine project guidelines, purpose, follow-through and completion.
- Ability to understand financial reports including budgetary guidelines and project expenditures.
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements for the position include the ability to frequently hear and communicate orally, see up close and at a distance, read and comprehend, stand, sit, walk, reach, handle, and/or feel objects. Must be able to climb, pull, push and kneel. Maximum unassisted lift = 25 lbs. Average lift less than 10 lbs. Must be able to work extended hours as necessary.
