We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) Clinic Director to work with the residents of a senior living community that offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. Therapy services for these residents are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.

As an OT, you will be responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. You will also contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives, to optimize each patients functional well-being and satisfaction.
As the Clinic Director, you will be responsible for the oversight of patient care in an assigned community or communities in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. The Clinic Director is responsible for providing services (Therapy and/or Wellness) and operational support to the rehabilitation service teams for implementation of company-wide policies, clinical programs, and quality initiatives to optimize each patients functional well-being and satisfaction. As the Clinic Director, you may be responsible for advising treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the positions qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards.
