    This Occupational Therapy position offers a very competitive hourly wage for the region commensurate with experience.     A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    As an Occupational Therapist at a long-term care facility, you arrive each day happy to work for a practice that gives you the time and support to get real results for your patients. You love the collaborative spirit at Florence Nursing and Rehab where you have ample opportunities to learn and develop into a better therapist. You use your knowledge of developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric residents to plan and deliver the best individualized care for each of your patients whether challenged with orthopedic issues, neurological diseases, or complex medical conditions.

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
    • Current Occupational Therapy license
    • Current NBCOT Certification
    • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facilities.
