Develops programs, guidelines, and standards for occupational service delivery that support the organization's overall strategy. Additionally, Occupational Medicine Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. The Occupational Medicine Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function.     WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a physician who is Board Eligible/Board Certified and specializes in Occupational Medicine to join our team at Franciscan WorkingWell in Greenwood, Indiana.

    WHAT WE NEED:

    Candidate will have ACLS/BLS certifications and will be able to see all patient types. Occupational Medicine experience of 2 years is preferred, but not required. Candidate should be comfortable with workmans compensation injuries, Department of Transportation physicals, musculoskeletal injuries, and other work-related injuries or services.

    WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

    • Monday - Friday schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

    • No Call Expectation

    • Work at one location

    • Must be DOT and MRO Certified or willing to become certified

    • Anticipated outpatient volumes for new provider: 20 - 25 patients per shift

    • Common Diagnoses:

      • Exposures

      • Lacerations

      • Musculoskeletal injuries

      • Pre-employment, DOT, and Non-DOT physicals

      • Sprain and Strains

      • Immigration physicals

      • Disability physicals
