    About the Position: 


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Medicine Clinic Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, as well as knowledge of occupational medicine and regulations related to workplace health and safety. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our occupational medicine clinic, including managing staff, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with a team of medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and medical assistants, to provide high-quality care to our patients. 


    Responsibilities:

    • Hiring, training, and supervising staff 
    • Managing the clinic's budget and financial resources 
    • Developing and implementing policies and procedures 
    • Coordinating with other healthcare providers and organizations 
    • Keeping up to date with developments in occupational medicine and implementing new practices as appropriate 
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations 
    • Providing guidance and support to clinic staff 
    • Working closely with patients to provide high-quality care and ensure their satisfaction with our services

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related field 
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an occupational medicine setting 
    • Knowledge of occupational medicine and regulations related to workplace health and safety 
    • Strong leadership and management skills 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
