    Agile Occupational Medicine is looking for a Physical Therapist for our Stockton, CA clinic.

    This position will see a variety of orthopedic conditions including acute work-related injuries, pre, and post-surgical injuries and conditions, and workplace wellness and injury prevention. We provide a competitive salary depending on experience and benefits include PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, continuing education allowance, and 401k.

    Job Description

    As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical care to patients following the supervising Physical Therapist’s plan of care. You will support Physical Therapists and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.

    Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention.

    Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift. Day shift- flexible to meet patient and clinic needs.

    Requirements:
    • Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
    • Must have current California PT License.
    • Outpatient experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. New graduates are welcome to apply.

    Job Duties

    • Assesses the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
    • Updates and modifies the treatment plan on an ongoing basis.
    • Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress.
    • Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises, home programs, and patient education.
    • Maintain open communication with the patient, supervising therapist, and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.
    • Complete timely and accurate documentation.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
    • Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures.
    • Social perceptiveness and service-oriented.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
