    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths and limitations in daily living activities.
    2. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
    3. Provide hands-on occupational therapy services aimed at enhancing clients' independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
    4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and caregivers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
    5. Educate clients and their families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to promote independence and safety.
    6. Regularly assess and reassess clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
    7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, treatments, and communication with clients and their healthcare team.
    8. Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
    2. Current CPR certification.
    3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
    5. Knowledge of and ability to use adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
    6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    7. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
