Occupational Therapist - Home Care plans and conducts individualized occupational therapy programs in a home care environment to help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities. Teaches patients skills/techniques and how to use adaptive equipment for participating in activities. Being an Occupational Therapist - Home Care studies, evaluates, and records patients' activities and progress. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapist - Home Care typically reports to a manager. Requires certification as an occupational therapist. Occupational Therapist - Home Care's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. How we prepare our RNs for success:
- Paid training from day 1 in the office, in the home, and online
- Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs
- 24/7 on call clinical support
- Electronic charting using AlayaCare
We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent prior to working their first shift.
Available RN Shifts:
- Dayshift, evening or overnight
- 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
