Job description
Please note that this is a per diem position that is paid on a per visit basis. It is ideal for an OT looking to supplement their income, pick up additional hours and does not want a set shift type of schedule. You will be expected to visit patients in their homes with in Santa Clara, Alameda or San Mateo counties.
