Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist:

• Responsible for evaluating and treating residents and patients with conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling, to improve their ability to perform tasks of daily living
• Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.
• Assessing the home and work environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed.

Qualifications for an Occupational Therapist:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensed in Occupational Therapy in the state of practice (if required by state law)
• Certified or registered by the NCBOT (if position works in NC)
• One (1 ) or more years of clinical experience preferred.

Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
