Occupational Therapist jobs in Petaluma, CA

We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to patients in the Sonoma and Marin Counties area.

By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Evaluates pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.  Interprets findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction.
• Collaborates with physician, patient and team members to establish, implement and evaluate a plan of care including goals and periodically revises patient’s treatment/ care plan.
• Obtains required physician orders for all care provided.  Provides comprehensive ongoing assessment of the patient and the patient’s equipment needs.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in occupational therapy or equivalent; Master's Degree preferred.
• One year's experience in a health care setting preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Current California license in Occupational Therapy.
• Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car.
• BLS required.

Pay Range:
$50.00 - $66.00 hourly
