Theracare is currently seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population in the Home Health Care settings. This is a PRN position for the Warsaw area.

The Occupational Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Occupational Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Occupational Therapy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state license/certification
Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board
Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
