Our facility provides extraordinary Alzheimer's care with a secure unit, bariatric care, hemodialysis care, tracheostomy care, and wound care among others. We are very excited about our upcoming facility and therapy gym renovation. We have a compassionate and dedicated nursing team who collaborates closely with therapy, and a fun, high energy in-house therapy team with veteran therapists who are dedicated to our residents and patients and improving their quality of life. We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and both short term rehab patients as well as long term care residents. We are a newly formed healthcare company whose goal is to become the premier inpatient rehab provider in the communities we serve.
