Can underfill if you have graduated from a master's level therapist program (CSW, AMFT, ACMHC) and are working toward or have associate licensure.

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Essential Functions (Performs all or some of the following)
Provides direct and indirect clinical services; develops and supervises client treatment program; performs individual, family and group outpatient psychotherapy for a variety of Behavioral health disorders, personal problems, domestic violence, and personality disorders; manages personal case load; provides training and consultation services to individuals, groups, families, and organizations; attends and participates in family-team meetings; assists in the development of permanency plans for client and family.
Performs intake assessments; interviews patients, gathers psycho-social histories; completes documentation, i.e., SPMI, initial treatment plan, releases of information, etc.;; completes triage forms to assist with hospital crisis assessment; conducts discharge planning, screens outpatient and aftercare programs to ensure continuity of patient care and re-establishes WBH services; provides liaison between parents, courts, state agencies, Housing Authority, DWS, SS, Law Enforcement, hospitals, various Behavioral care facilities and aftercare teams of local Hospitals, Utah State Hospital and the local Behavioral health program; screens and evaluates referrals from local agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from a college or university with a Master's degree in social work, psychology or a related field and:
Fully Licensed Therapist recognition in the State of Utah as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
For Underfill: Associate Licensed Therapist recognition in the state of Utah as one of the following: Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
Additional Requirements: Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
Compensation:
Full Licensure
Base Salary starting at ~$65,000 - 82,000 DOE
Total Comp (with Benefits) starting at ~ $91,000 - $115,000 DOE
For Underfill: Associate Licensure
Base salary starting at ~ $53,000 annual DOE
Total Comp (with Benefits) starting at ~ $75,000 annual DOE
