Responsibilities:
* Receive and review license applications, revisions, and renewals.
* Input license applications and necessary technical data into appropriate computer applications, databases, and systems.

* Provide administrative and technical assistance regarding license requirements to the general public and agency staff, answering inquiries and providing information on processing, policies, and procedures.
* Assist in the approval of license applications based on state regulations, administrative codes, and agency policies.
* Assist in the preparation of notices, correspondence, memos, and reports related to license activities and compliance.
* Monitor license applications to ensure timely processing.
* Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Experience in customer service, clerical, administrative, or technical support roles preferred.
* Graduation from a two-year college or equivalent experience is desirable.
* Knowledge of office practices, administrative and technical procedures, and relevant policies, administrative codes, and statutes.
* Proficiency in the use of standard office equipment, computers, and software applications.
* Ability to respond to public inquiries promptly, implement administrative and technical procedures, interpret applicable laws and regulations, and communicate effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
