Occupational Therapy Director directs the programs and staff of the occupational therapy department. Sets and implements guidelines for occupational therapy programs. Being an Occupational Therapy Director monitors patient progress and treatment plans. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Director typically reports to top management. The Occupational Therapy Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitative Therapy, the NOCO Associate Director of Physical Therapy participates in the operations of an out-patient physical therapy clinic including patient care, functional abilities testing ("lifts"), administration, confidential medical record management and office maintenance/cleaning. Additional duties including but not limited to the following: Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to improve patient care, treatment models, and business growth, educate and assist staff in achieving patient care & business metrics, communicate with local businesses regarding company advantages.
This position is Full-Time, salaried at $104k-$110k/year DOE.
