Occupational Therapy Director directs the programs and staff of the occupational therapy department. Sets and implements guidelines for occupational therapy programs. Being an Occupational Therapy Director monitors patient progress and treatment plans. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Director typically reports to top management. The Occupational Therapy Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Occupational Therapy Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.   • We are looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants in the following areas: Lockport, IL 60441 and surrounding areas.

    North to Bolingbrook / South to New Lenox / East to Tinley Park / West to Plainfield

    Occupational therapist opportunities with InHome Therapy offer:

    Requirements:

    • Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
    • Current therapist license issued by the state IL and a current CPR certificate
    • Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, computers, laptops, e-mail, text messaging, and electronic documentation (we provide significant training as needed)
    • Reliable transportation
