Office Assistant
Duties:
- Transcribe documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office and treatment supplies.
- Assist with managing office schedules and appointments.
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents and scribe as needed befor3e and during treatment sessions
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for various office tasks.
- Provide administrative support to therapy staff as needed.
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive.
Clean and put away equipment, clean office and treatment rooms after client use, utilize Canva and other media software to create treatment protocols and organization graphics.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer support inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs and get on and off mats throughout the day.
