Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment
- Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
- Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
- Clean and maintain therapy equipment and supplies
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and documenting patient information

Skills:
- Anatomy knowledge: Understanding of the structure and function of the human body to assist in patient care
- Medical terminology: Familiarity with medical terms and abbreviations used in a healthcare setting
- Acute care: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to patients with acute medical conditions
- Hospital experience: Previous experience working in a hospital setting, familiar with hospital protocols and procedures
- Patient service: Strong customer service skills, ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner
- Physiology knowledge: Understanding of how the body functions to assist in patient care
- Patient care: Ability to provide basic patient care tasks such as assisting with transfers, ambulation, and exercises

Job Type: Part-time
