Job Description:
We are currently looking for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for the Toledo (Sylvania), Ohio area. This will be within the assisted living environment.
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) would be responsible for following the plan of care set by the therapist, performing treatment visits, and communicating with the supervising therapist regarding patient progress. Must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
Compensation: negotiable/competitive/experience based.

Salary: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
