HTS is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at a retirement community located in Walnut Creek, Ohio (Holmes County). This facility is rated 5 stars by Medicare and has a very large therapy gym which features state-of-the-art equipment, private treatments rooms, and separate areas for speech and occupational therapies.
· This Occupational Therapist will complete evaluations and supervisory visits on a part time basis.
· The schedule is very flexible, approximately 10 to 15 hours per week.
· HTS offers a competitive hourly rate.
Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Ohio Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
