ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Therapists to work 1:1 with our Recipients, as well as oversee up to four COTA's. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with fine motor skills, providing mentorship to COTA's and signing off on their weekly notes.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Most of our consumers are children.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the State of Michigan
• B.S. or M.S. in Occupational Therapy from school accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (Only an Associate’s degree is required for a COTA)
• Valid Driver’s License
• People Skills – Communication, teamwork
• Work ethic- Adaptability/flexibility, personal responsibility
• Critical thinking - Problem-solving, creative, critical observation
