Supervisor, Rehab Services (Occupational Therapy) - full-time, DAYS with weekend rotation
Supervises the clinical and support staff in Rehab Services. In addition to supervisor functions, the employee will provide clinical support in a reasonable capacity. Manages employees to ensure quality of work. Assists employees in establishing goals and objectives for individual growth/development. Provides patient/family education as per department and hospital policy and procedure. Leads by example and inspires employees to highest potential. Utilizes proper Human Resource guidelines in the selection, training and ongoing performance management of staff. Ensures appropriate facility staffing levels based on customer needs. Assists Director in Developing and updating department business plan and goals consistent with the facility’s strategic business plan, mission and vision.
2 years of experience in leadership role preferred
