Occupational Therapy Supervisor supervises the delivery of occupational therapy programs that help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities. Provides guidance and monitors the performance of the occupational therapy staff. Being an Occupational Therapy Supervisor studies, evaluates, and records patients' activities and progress. May require a master's degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Typically requires Occupational Therapist certification. The Occupational Therapy Supervisor supervises a group of professional level staff. May also be a level above a supervisor. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant at Beechwood Rehab, a dynamic and innovative Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living health campus located in New London, CT. You must hold an active or pending Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) state license to apply for this position.

Qualifications
- Must have an active or pending Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) state license
- Proven track record of successful patient care experience
- Experience working with a geriatric population preferred
