Occupational Therapy Supervisor supervises the delivery of occupational therapy programs that help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities. Provides guidance and monitors the performance of the occupational therapy staff. Being an Occupational Therapy Supervisor studies, evaluates, and records patients' activities and progress. May require a master's degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Typically requires Occupational Therapist certification. The Occupational Therapy Supervisor supervises a group of professional level staff. May also be a level above a supervisor. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Opportunity
Therapy Tree is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a team of highly qualified and passionate therapists that seek to make a meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of children. This role includes an exciting mix of collaborative treatment and training across a multidisciplinary team with SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, OTs and COTAs!
Responsibilities
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university program
- Current Arizona COTA licensure
- At least one year of experience working with children as a certified occupational therapy assistant
- Fingerprint clearance card
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking preferred
Qualifications
- Treat pediatric patients in need of occupational therapy
- Educate and train patients/parents/caregivers
- Collaborate with other therapists and assistants

Compensation- $49,000-$66,000 Annually
