QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possesses a degree from an accredited OTA program approved by the Virginia Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Is licensed to practice as a COTA within the State of Virginia.
  
• Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
• Must complete employment screening of a negative TB skin test and/or CXR.
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
