A New England Real Estate Developer is looking for individuals, for the growth of its commercial portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in obtaining and analyzing data necessary during the intitial due diligence process , including municipal zoning, subdivision, and site plan by-laws, as well as any additional or supplemental rules/regulations including, but not limited to wetland by-laws, as well as all applicable state rules & regulations that would pertain to the site. Also using on-line information tools, such as topography, wetlands, floodplains, availability of municipal water/sewer, etc. for preparation of drafts of conceptual layouts, including grading, utilities, and drainage.
Candidates must have a BS in Civil Engineering as well as work with AutoCAD and Civil 3D software. EIT licensure is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic is required.
