Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Office Coordinator for a company based in Palmdale Fl. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for processing paperwork and making inbound and outbound calls. Must be able to multitask and help with all tasks in the office. This is a part time position for up to 30 hours a week. Must have reliable transportation.
Pay Rate
$18.50 per hour.
Schedule and Hours
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (hours may varies)
Office Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Processing & filing paperwork.
- Scanning documents.
- Data entry.
- Answering and completing phone calls.
- Perform Accounts Payable functions.
- Serve has a backup for the Dispatcher and Office Manger for critical functions such as dispatching and payroll.
- Reviews and proofs calculations, compiles information and generates reports as requested.
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Background required.
- Customer service, phone etiquette, Computer knowledge, Microsoft knowledge, google docs, organizational skills.
- Dispatch (preferably)
- SAP knowledge (a plus but not required)
- Must be a team player.
