    • The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
    • The duties may include, but are not limited to:
    • Prepares and/or oversees preparation of certificates, billing documents and reports for services performed on a cross-utilization basis with other AMS grading programs or with other Federal agencies,
    • Inputs applications for service and billing information and transmits billing documents within established timeframes.
    • Reviews, verifies and reconciles financial-related data for all grading certificates and inspection activities.
    • Reviews monthly Debt Management Report for delinquent accounts, and initiates immediate action on accounts with delinquencies greater than 30 days.
    • Responsible to keep accountability of grading certificates and stamps
    • Collects, organizes and analyzes financial data for accuracy before sending payment information to U.S. Treasury.

    FOR THE GS-05 GRADE LEVEL: Applicants must have two years of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-04 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates:
    • Experience in office procedures necessary to establish and maintain a large volume of office files and retrieve and assemble information/documents for the files.
    • Experience establishing rapport and conducts oneself in a tactful and diplomatic manner with the public, applicants, program officials and large numbers of employees.
    • Experience using a personal computer for word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and other functions.
    • Experience communicating orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
    OR Four years education above the High School level in any field of study.

    Note: Equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for this grade level.

    FOR THE GS-06 LEVEL: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-05 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates:
    • Experience with correspondence management, composition, and review.
    • Experience in automated time and attendance reporting system(s)
    • Experience utilizing various electronic applications; spreadsheets, databases, word processing programs, power point and various other venues of information technology.
    • Experience maintaining inventory and property accountability records.

    FOR THE GS-07 LEVEL: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-06 grade level) that demonstrates:
    • Assisting in the development of solutions to issues that involve administrative systems and impact program operations.
    • Experience in an agency's personnel operating procedures to enable completion of personnel forms and documents, reporting, and hiring.
    • Utilizing accounting systems, account maintenance systems and fiscal policies to maintain electronic user-fee ledgers.
    • Experience maintaining and compiling statistical data for administrative reports.

    TRANSCRIPTS are required if:
