    • You will perform the full range of procedural work of the office.
    • You will maintain subject matter files and records that relate to the work of the unit.
    • You will receive visitors and telephone calls to the office and take requests for appointments. You will schedule appointments/meetings and make necessary arrangements.
    • You will create and submit purchase requests to procure office supplies, safety equipment and training.
    • You will use various software programs such as MAXIMO and DTS to prepare, process and follow-up on forms, i.e., training, travel orders other applicable forms.
    • You will input/maintain time and attendance records in SLDCADA for personnel within the section.

    Qualifications

    This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. This must be supported in your resume.

    Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receiving calls, greeting visitors, scheduling, distributing mail, and responding to routine requests for information; 2) Reviewing outgoing correspondence for required information and format; and 3) Utilizing computer software programs to prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, forms, or reports.
