Summary: Provide sales administration support and interact with multiple departments

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

• Proof, create, and process sales orders for sales representatives
• Provides professional and timely support to sales team
• Contact sales representatives to obtain missing information
• Update sales and customer records in ERP systems
• Distribute important feedback to appropriate departments
• Supports the sales team with offerings and documentation
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with fellow employees and other departments
• Performs other duties as required

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience:
  • 1 years of experience as a Sales Administrator or other administrative role
  • 1 years of experience in a customer service role
• Abilities:
  • Familiar with ERP software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
  • Must have good attendance, reliability, and punctuality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range: 20.00-25.00 an hour
