Description

This position will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining robotic process automation solutions to optimize business processes. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design RPA workflows, and deploy automation solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

Functions:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions using the RPA tool UiPath.
• Configure automation workflows to mimic human interactions with applications and systems.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Provide support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions, including monitoring performance and addressing any issues or errors.
• Document RPA processes, workflows, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in training end-users on utilizing RPA solutions and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in RPA technology and automation methodologies.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail required.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# preferred.
• Familiarity with RPA tools and platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (prior experience is a plus, but not required).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels required.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies required.
• Prior internship or project experience in software development, automation, or process improvement is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, travel to all organization offices (including in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and South Dakota) and travel to vendor work sites required. 
• Ability to work in an office environment with moderate noise level, remain in a stationary position and operate a computer a majority of the time required. 
• Ability to move throughout the office to access work materials and to move work materials weighing up to ten pounds daily required. 
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation required.
