SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Responsible for the planning, coordination and support of the day-to-day fiscal, administrative, and operational activities of the IT Project Management Office. Duties typically include the administration of the departments Project & Portfolio Management System, report development and generation, document and process creation and modification.

Communication:
This role will have regular communications with all levels of IT and executive management within the health system. As the system administrator for both the PPM system and the Demand Management system, face of the PMO, Demand Coordinator and role responsible for report generation and development, I expect this role to work directly with directly with Senior (Rod Dykehouse, Joe Meier) management and Executive Management (Alan Brechbill, Paul Seale, etc.)
Impact:
This role is critical to the daily operations of the IT PMO and the Enterprise Project Intake process. The role ensures that the respective systems are operational through manual and automated process execution. The role ensures that proper reporting on enterprise demand and projects are reported to various levels within the enterprise as described above in the Communications section. This role serves as the face of the IT PMO and sets the initial impression of it¿s services to our primary customer base.
Complexity:
This position must be able to work through ambiguity to produce work products to customers that are not clear in their requirements or structure (example ¿ reports). The role will be expected to work with limited supervision and will need to use extensive judgmement and resourcefulness to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers and that the respective systems are operating as intended, questions into the IT PMO or EPI are answered professionally and timely, and communications are clear and concise.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
Three (3) years of related experience
