Job Overview:

Jerit Automation, Inc is a leading provider of proprietary and custom automated machinery located in Mesa, AZ. We are seeking an adaptive, detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Perform bookkeeping procedures including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Employee Benefits.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, and office management software (ERP etc.)
• Be dressed in business casual attire and groomed appropriately.

Experience

• Required – Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with QuickBooks.
• Required - Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an Office Administrator.
• Plus – Manufacturing environment experience.
• Plus - CountERPart software experience.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
