Job Summary
We are looking for an administrator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be organized, have excellent interpersonal skills. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing daily operations of the company and developing and implementing policies and procedures, scheduling, and fielding phone calls.

Responsibilities
Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis
Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the agency including professional and non-professional services
Ensure the hiring process is structured to assure appropriately trained staff
Develop and implement policies, procedures, services, and quality assurance
Develop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomes
Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administration
Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities
Ensure the client complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriate
Provide on-call services after hours and weekends as needed or directed
Assure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of agency operations
Qualifications
3 years management experience (preferred but not required)
1 years experience running an agency (preferred but not required)
Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills
Good interpersonal and analytical skills
